Bulgarian translation for EPIM 5.5 Beta3

All phrases for the main program are translated. The Android strings are not. I'm uploading it in order not to be late for the final 5.5 release. Meanwhile I will continue with Android strings and it will be posted here as well.

It's been a while since last translation update

But now Bulgarian locale is ready for EPIM 3.51. All new strings are translated, plus some improvements to the existing ones.
