Re: Android Pro

Hi, this might help with proof of purchase Go to https://payments.google.com Log in and scroll down to find purchase, best to base it on date as the naming is not helpful for search. Once found open order, the transaction ID is near the bottom Good luck Tony I looked everywhere around Playstore for...

Re: Android Pro

As far as I'm aware of, anyone affected got their codes. If we missed your case - my sincere apologies. Please forward me some proof of purchase via PM (it could be a screenshot of the message saying you're already registered), will reply back with the instructions. Thanks. Thank you very much for ...

Re: Android Pro

That workaround doesn't work on my device because, like the vast majority of Android users who get their Apps and the updates to those Apps through Google Playstore, my device and the apps on it are linked through that Playstore. Admin says the link works "perfectly fine for the 99,99% of the p...

Re: Android Pro

I’ve tried using that method before, and when trying to upgrade the App to PRO to password-protect my data I get the error message I included in the post above. Unlike you my AEPIM is linked to my Google account and updates through Playstore. You don’t even have a Google account, so I’m not sure how...

Re: Android Pro

PM with screenshots showing proof of purchase sent. Look, it's no biggie for me to just buy the App (AEPIM) again to then password-protect my data, but I can only do that if I use a spoof Playstore account because whenever I try to buy it I'm given the message; https://i.postimg.cc/wjYRnKXq/epim.jpg...

Re: Android Pro

Like you say, “The bug is only related to the very old purchases.” and like me these customers weren’t provided with an APIM activation code upon purchase back then, and if they were provided one they may very well have lost it. On the 10 of August, after trying but failing many times to get you to ...

Re: Android Pro

Hah, see what I mean? Now, Admin knows of this bug that has been bedevilling users for months now, and of the fix I gave you, but instead of acknowledging it and leading you to a fix they had you jumping through hoops with no intention of helping you. Good luck!

Re: Android Pro

I asked them for my code many months ago and when I asked if they were withholding it from me for any reason they just continued to ignore me. Good luck! You're going to need it.

Re: Android Pro

As you can see by my efforts in the link you provided, this bug is a long-standing issue which admin have been aware of but done nothing about. The only way to get round the issue is to download an earlier version of EPIM from here, https://en.apkshub.com/down/com.astonsoft.android.essentialpim_5.8....

Re: calendar module won't sync or be imported

Please - I need a solution to this problem Among the myriad of bugs in both EPIM and AEPIM, syncing between the two and in general with Google or Microsoft is a risk not worth taking. You will lose data if you don't check your backups to ensure it wasn't lost during a sync. You'll find that your co...

Re: Multiple calendars - does it make sense - especially for syncs?

So, instead of accepting responsibility for the loss of your user's data you're blaming the user for that loss instead and are now threatening to silence me, even though the point of my posts is to get support and they do contain a wealth of information specifically about the problems your App have ...

Re: Multiple calendars - does it make sense - especially for syncs?

It's nearly impossible to loose any data (due to backups ... No, this is nonsense. As per your help page, only 3 backups are made at 24-hour intervals, and the first backup in that period is replaced by the last. So no, it’s not impossible to lose data. That lost data may very well have been lost a...

Re: Multiple calendars - does it make sense - especially for syncs?

We're working on that. Yes, I'm sure you're having to work on a great deal. But okay, that aside, I can accept the reasons behind why the database shouldn’t be held on the cloud to be accessed by various devices. I keep a 5g Truecrypt database on the cloud for safe-keeping and it does take a while ...

Re: Multiple calendars - does it make sense - especially for syncs?

Why should it not be feasible to simply store and access our respective .epim database files on the EPIM Cloud servers, potentially eliminating the need for multiple calendars? A good point that’s been made many times before. Everything about EPIM has become user-unfriendly, from its usability, tru...
