Sticky notes

Is it possible to put the title from the sticky in the bar of the tool panel to make more space in the note itself. The sticky is roll up/down but not complete, maybe its possible (wene the title is in the tool panel) to roll up till only the tool panel with notes title is visible.

In my opinion it is only to put the title of the note in the toolbar and to roll the note up till only the toolpanel is shown (and maybe the tabs if there are more tabs)
