Thank you for listening us !

The UI is much better and more customizable !

Marking an entire folder as read is so nice ! I missed it so much ! Little notice, this option is not translated in French.
A lot of other features are really nice, like creating appointments for mails, add images to notes,...

Well done ! EPIM is the best and you are the best !

I can not upload my About screen on this page. I put a screencapture on the EssentialPIM page on Facebook.

Synchronisation to Android is now failing.
EPim Pro V7.1 on Win10Home Aniversary.
EPim Pro 4.2 on THL-W200S (Android Ver 4.2.2)
Epim Pro 4.2 on Hudl 2 (Android Ver 5.1)

Up until the latest update everything worked OK. I had set up the synchronisation to both the Android devices as '1-way. Sync from EPIM to Android (EPIM -> Android)'.

After updating all devices to the above version and initially trying to Sync the Hudl 2, I got a 'Can not delete category "None"' error. I then selected Stop All. After that if I tried to sync any of the android devices, they couldn't find the PC.
After closing Epim and re-running Epim the Android devices could at least find the PC again.

I got round the problem of the 'Can not delete category "None"' error by de-selecting 'None' under 'Filter Categories' on the Android devices, however synchronisation is still problematic, as the Android devices don't seem to remember the PC and I keep having to Rescan to detect the PC.

As a test, I created a dummy appointment on my PC, and after attempting a synchronisation with both of the Android devices, neither of them had synchronised the dummy appointment.

Or if this doesn't work, for me it still shows 4.1.5 at the Play Store.
Than you can download it direct from http://www.essentialpim.com/get-epim
in the middle you can download the Android APK that is 4.2

I have a (big) problem with the layout on 4K-screens and on the iMac 27" Retina 5K (with bootcamp).

option to change UI font size in many places (Tools-> Options-> Appearance)

I set it to fontsize 8, but the fonts are still huge! Some GUI-elements are not looking ok, because there too big to fit.
Don't have problems with other programs on these screens. Help!
Hello,

thank you for letting us know. Screenshots would really help us understand the problem.

RobS, please post a screenshot demonstrating how the percentage icon looks like on your side (I think its visibility depends on the Calendar background color).

Also, I'm not able to reproduce the problem with screen jumping when adding a new child task. Will be able to make a small video?

I hope the font size in the calendar will be customizable in the near future. The events are still a little small on my 20" monitor.

And alternating line colors settings in notes and tasks, please.

LarryW, please post a screenshot how the calendar looks like on your side.

Alternating line colors are in plans. Although, there were no alternating lines in notes in EPIM 6.x, not sure we should include them now.

admin, I don't think a screenshot of the text is necessary. It's the same size and style as in v6.58 Pro. I thought that if you were looking at changes you'd put in an option to increase (or decrease) the text size. It's not a deal breaker since I've been happy with EPIM Pro all these years but as monitors have increased resolution the text keeps getting smaller so I was kind of planning for the future.

Thanks for pointing out the lack of alternating lines in notes. I don't use notes all that much so I made an assumption. However, alternating colors on tasks is definitely a priority for me.

And if darker lines (ie, black) separating days, hours, months, etc in the calendar can be returned I'll stop complaining. :-)

Thank you!

I have been an EPIM user since the very earliest days, and I could not help comparing with my previous PIM - S*Kick. This was my gold standard and my one gripe with it's developers was that they did not seem open to customer feedback

Max and co., you do not always say a lot but I'm glad to see that you DO respond to feedback and I'm delighted that 7.1 is back on track and reminding me how far things have come since my S*Kick days. Thank you, thank you, thank you! EPIM covers around 80% of my needs on the computer these days and that is wonderful!
Thanks
Gordon
