EPIM not retrieving read E-mail on Gmail

To all,
I'm new to EPIM, so I'd appreciate any help and/or guidance. If I've read an e-mail on Gmail at the office, when I'm home and try to retrieve message (ctrl-Alt-R) those messages are not retrieved by EPIM Pro, 5.0.

Is it possible that EPIM is supposed to work this way?

I also am not able to retrieve any messages from July 20 and 21.

What's going on?

Try to creates a new Gmail IMAP account for your mailbox. It should work.
