Data base needs ??
Every time I open EPIM a message flashes by so fast I cant read it. It says my database needs something. What might that be?

Not sure but my guess is "needs to be optimized"...
you can do this by going to File -> Database Management and clicking on the Optimize button...

If the problem persists, try making screenshot. In any case, I would not worry, if EPIM needs something from you, it will stay on the screen:)
