This was my question too. The normal way seems to be an in-store purchase in google play. But because I don´t want Google play, I had this problem...
Just send an email to AstonSoft, they will send you a link, where you can pay. After that, activation is direct in EPIM Android, you need only the key, they will send it to you in an email.
