更新至PRO5.8提示错误

我之前用的是5.57版本，使用时都很正常，升级最新5.8版本后发现错误信息。
收发邮件时提示：Could not load SSL library.
我使用的系统是XP SP3
请给与解答

Please reinstall EssentialPIM competely.

我在升级到5.81时碰到了中文支持不好出现乱码的错误，重新安装亦不能解决，目前仍用回5.57了，期待新版本的更新尽快到来。
