check done in the mobile

How can I check appointments off (done ) in the mobile epim

You can either long tap on an appointment and choose "Mark as complete" or click on the corresponding icon on the toolbar in the preview mode or check the "Completed" option in the editing mode.
Android version of EssentialPIM. Keep all your data in sync!
