Latest Version of EPIM synchronizer?

On homepage this seems to be 11.6. But this Version cannot open latest database.
Is there a newer Version an where?

The latest version of EPIM Synchronizer available on the website is 11.8. Perhaps 11.6 is being retrieved from your browser's cache?

Sorry to say, but after deleting cache in edge, it still offers version 11.6

I did not install the tool but downloaded it from the link below an started the file - the installer shows version 11.8

Well I had a look down in 'knowledge base' on homepage, searched for 'epim synchronizer' and found
