Bulgarian locale for EPIM 3.0 Beta 2 is ready. All new strings are translated plus some minor changes to older ones.

It's been a while since last translation update :roll:

But now Bulgarian locale is ready for EPIM 3.51. All new strings are translated, plus some improvements to the existing ones.

Hello EPIM team and You Rabbit!
Our company use EssentialPIM Pro (Network Edition) more than 1 year. Congratulations to the 4.0 version!
But the new features were not translated into my language (Bulgarian). I allowed myself (3 days) :oops:

to rewrite "Bulgarian.lng" for EPIM 4.0
I used the structure of "Russian.lng" and much of the translation of the Rabbit.
I expect comments and recommendations.
