Printing problem

hi,

thanks for your cool soft , great interface ...
but i've noticed two pb

Technical info :
Version : essential pim v1.0 beta 3
OS : win 2k
Langage : French

2 Problem :
- when i use "print preview", error msg : "Tentative de revocation d'une cible de dépôt qui n'a pas été enregistrée" in french
- when i try to "print", nothing happen !

Good luck for solving them ...

Hi,
can you please do a test?- Can you start your Internet Explorer and try to print preview the page? (File->Print Preview) Does it work?

Try to print ... on firefox

hi,

my current browser is mozilla firefox v1.0, not IE.
i try to print a preview on firefox and it works well (i can see the picture and the print is ok).

i have IE v6.0 installed. I try to print but it doesn't work properly : no effect!
:?:

does essentialpim use only IE to print ??

Yes, we use IE only to print, currently. You may try reinstalling IE, then it will start working... Or! You can try to export into HTML and then open it in Firefox and pring from there- this would equal as if you were printing from IE.
