Cant load 2 files: No permission for read/write access to da

Dear all,

I have two EPIM files with me

One of them gives me the error : No permission for read/write access to database

The other one gives me the error: File is not a valid database

Please help me solve these queries

Please more details- what are your EPIM version numbers, and screenshots of the errors.

EPIM Version I am using currently 4.02...versions I might have used (3.07 RC, 2.7)

In the first case database might be locked by another process. Restarting machine and making sure some backup software is not working with it might help.
In the second case database might be corrupted. Use a backup, or send the database to ma@essentialpim...with a link to this topic.
