Access Violation with Caldav

Dear Support,

I am 30 day trial user with the EssentialPIM Pro version 4.24
I will use the EPIM in combination with the caldav replication possiblity.
In the next two screens you can see the error after I click the menu option: Bestand (file) - Synchroniasatie (Sync) - Atera.
The atera server is a hosted Zarafa server with caldav activated.

Can this error be repaired, or updated in a next version.
When this error is fixed I can use (and buy) the program ..

do you know if we could anywhere connect to Zarafa to test? Otherwise we would need to install it on our machines and it would take time.
