EssentialPIM Pro 4.5 Release Candidate 2 - Message Rules

I am not sure if this is the right place to post this.

Iam Currently using EPIM Pro 4.24, then got curious about EssentialPIM Pro 4.5 Release Candidate 2, which I tried to use, using the same EPIM file from the EPIM Pro 4.24.

The EssentialPIM Pro 4.5 Release Candidate 2 is great, the new function which involve the attachments especially however, I noticed two problems when I tried using this.
1. When I tried to create a new message rule, it gets saved but when I try to edit this new message rule, it becomes blank.
2. Old Message Rules remain but when you try to edit, all conditions become empty as well (generally, the message rules function don't work properly in EssentialPIM Pro 4.5 Release Candidate 2.)

Are you using Desktop or Portable?

I tried this with 4.5 rc2 (portable PRO), with a new database and the existing database.
Also with one and multiple accounts.
For me the message rules work as they should. I can add new rules and also edit rules, they remain there, do not become blanked.

Can you create a new database and check in on that file.
Also as Max asked can you answer,
if you are using the Desktop or Portable version?
and are you using (did the testing) with the PRO or FREE version?
Maybe then we can determinate why it doesn't work for you.

Hi,

I tried it and gives the error that says, bug exists and the rules there are blank. The steps are, you create new folders, and given rules, more rules by folder, by subject, recipient, body of the email. You create multiple folders with multiple rules. It saves the database. Pressed send and receive, within the rules as the content is deleted when you press edit the rule is blank inside.

My PORTABLE PRO version 4.5 rc2.

Hi!!

By creating message rules, all emails received with attachments, attachments do not arrive. I tried with three different database and different rules.

It is serious, not getting the emails with attachments when creating new rules of the message recipient, and body content.

The problem is, looks like you are the only one having this problem (At least on the forum no similar messages).
We can not reproduce the problem. It may depend on a lot of details (that's why we are not able to reproduce it)
Maybe you could give us a copy of your database so that we could see the problem. Otherwise we do not have any solution at this moment.

In folder Inbox are two emails with the title "Su factura 605721866 del 01.05.2011" of December 25. The two are equal and should have the same attachment. But one has no attachment.

That is because one has received no activated message rules, and another message the rules enabled.

The rules of message failures are those that are can be found in Tools -> Message Rules. The rules that cause the failure to activate are "Vida Laboral Sevilla 3" and "UGT"
