I just created my arcor email-account in seamonkey, to check the settings.
Sending and retrieving emails works fine in seamonkey (and also in Opera).
Is it possible in EPIM, to activate a trace?

yes, EssentialPIM has a log,- please enable the extended logging feature (in Tools->Options->Synchronization), start the synchronization that causes the problem and forward us that log file (you can use my personal email at ma@essentialpim...). Please refer to this forum post.
Logs are in C:\Users\ Your_Windows_Username \AppData\Roaming\EssentialPIM Pro\Logs for Desktop version and in "Logs" subfolder in case of Portable version.

dele, we have received your log, but it shows that EPIM can not connect to the mailservers. I think the problem is somewhere on your end- most probably something (firewall/antivirus?) not letting EssentialPIM to connect. There is nothing we can do in this case.

Tried with old Version of EPIM (5.80) in a VM (Windows XP) --> error message something with handshake error.
Did you try with an arcor account ?

New Google synchronization problem appears
Hi,
I used EPIM 6.51 Pro Portable version. Yesterday something wrong happened - during Google synchronization appeared this wndow: (about 50 contats from about 500 from my contact list should be synchronized). I clicked to OK, and one minute after the second window appeared: This problem appeared during every Google synchronization.
I upgraded EPIM to 6.52 Pro Portable version, but the problem stayed.
What next?

In 6.52 version, please delete the Google sync (in Tools-> Options), then create it again.

Missing Notes in Google Drive after Sync

I upgraded to version 6.52. The sync process terminates with no error but the progress bar does not go all the way to the end. When I check the Notes in Google Drive, some of the Notes are missing. I have deleted the sync and created new ones a couple times. I already submitted emails to epimsupport but the support person has stopped replying.
