Notes PIM module will not change order

When I activate the Notes Module change order option, in Essential PIM free version on Android phone, the order does not change to what I have set.
A search on google for a remedy brings me to Essential PIM support, but I get a 'you are not authorised to read this' message
A search on the forum does not provide any answers.
Anyone have the solution please

I meant to add to my query, That I have 6 leafs and change order used to work. It also seems that the list of leaves will only appear at the top of the screen, whereas they used to appear at the bottom

The change order option in epim app is a good behavior, but as I mentioned im my posting viewtopic.php?f=46&t=16662#p72431 it would be very important, that the app restores the order of notes like synchronized. I think that many users e.g. place their notes on PC in a special order and will get them in the same order in the app...

It is Verdon 3.9 Pro

We are unable to reproduce the problem with leafs changing their order, unfortunately. Could you please check if the same problem occurs in the To Do module on your phone, as well?
