Upgraded to 11.1.8 and next synchronization after I edited an appointment on Win10 and I got this error when trying to syn to Google. This was a 1 way sync EPIM to Google but changing it to 2 way did not help the issue.

Same here.
I had to clean sync data on desktop, then it went thru. But then another error popped up.
