Can't select parent note.

Select Parent Note from (Insert new note menu) does not work for me.

Win11 Pro Ver. 23H2 (OS Build 22631.3085) 64-bit, 32GB Ram, 500gb M.2 SSD, 4Km, EPIMPro Life 11.8.2

Disregard for now, it works today.
Yesterday I tried everything I knew to get it to work, the drop-down window wouldn't work.

When the Parent Note drop-down menu does not work, the only way to make it work again is to restart the computer.
Then it works O K for a period of time, a few hours to a day or two, It stays that way until another restart.

What if you simply restart EPIM (not the PC), will it start working after that?

I think restarting the computer was the first thing I did, I'll try it again the next time the problem appears.

The problem is here again after five days.
The drop-down menu is there but hidden behind the other screens.
The problem is also back with Help/About menu.
Closed and restarted Epm, didn't fix the problem.
Restarted the PC and everything is normal.
Other software seems to work OK.
Could it be something about my computer?
