EssentialPIM has built-in backup function. In Network environment, where users maybe actively working with a database, but no EssentialPIM copy is running on server machine, there can be a risk of not creating backups.

In such cases, we advice you to use one of multitude of free and commercial backup utilities for Firebird databases.
