EssentialPIM is capable of synchronizing with Microsoft Outlook. Each EssentialPIM module will be synchronized to a corresponding module in Outlook. To synchronize with Outlook, use File -> Synchronization -> Outlook menu:

You can change settings for Outlook synchronization on Tools -> Options -> Synchronization menu.
