License expired after upgrade. Why?
License expired after upgrade. Why?
Solution
According to our upgrade policy regular licence allows to upgrade for one year after purchase date. If you got this message then it means your free upgrades period has over. Now you need to order an upgrade (it costs 50% of full license price) -
http://www.essentialpim.com/?r=buy.
Or you can back to previous version -
http://www.essentialpim.com/ky/index.php?_m=downloads&_a=view.
If you are not sure what version you entitled for then forward your order ID or email used for ordering to support.
