Okay, you convinced me to make a video (I finally learned how to do it). Maybe that will shed some light on the problem.

Firstly, I don't have the skills to create a video, and secondly, I think the problem is actually clearly illustrated in the screenshots. However, I've attached a few more screenshots with descriptions. Incidentally, the issue still occurs with the latest version 12.2 (1041).

I forgot to mention: this is also the case with certain email accounts.

Since version 12.2 the fields in the Contacts tab do not remain in their last position. This means that if I resize the fields in the Contacts tab to a certain size, then switch to another tab and go back to Contacts, the fields become very small again. They're no longer the size I had previously ...

I have the error with version 12.1.3 (Build 1033, Lifetime) when I go to 'check for updates' (message: '... is not a valid integer value'). To update to 12.1.4, can I simply download the trial version from the website and install it over version 12.1.3?

I have exactly the same problem. I've tried to update to build 1030 several times, unfortunately without success.

If I download build 1031, can I just run the exe file and the program will then update over the installed version? Or does the old version have to be uninstalled first?

Habe es herausgefunden: über "Ordner verwalten" kann man ja die gewünschten Ordner aktvieren bzw. deaktivieren. Hier hatte ich (warum auch immer) zwei zusätzliche Ordner mit "Sent" angezeigt bekommen. Diese habe ich nun deaktiviert und jetzt ist wieder alles in Ordnung.

seit kurzem werden in einem meiner Email-Accounts immer 3 Kopien der gleichen Email angezeigt. Allerdings nur in dem übergeordneten "Ordner" (also der Ordner, wo auch die Email-Adresse angezeigt wird) und nicht wenn ich in z.B. im Ordner "Eingang" bin oder im Ordner "Gesendet ...

Sorry, ich meinte nicht "Kalendermodule", sondern die linke Leiste mit den einzelnen Modulen (Kalender, Email, Kontakte etc.):


Hier standen doch früher die Texte zu den einzelnen Modulen. Wie kann ich die Texte wieder anzeigen lassen (oder geht das nicht mehr)?

Good idea! Just checked all folders, no automatic archiving is turned on in any folder.
And yes, I searched by account and also by individual folders. Unfortunately no success.
Maybe I should look directly at the email provider's settings to see if there is any configuration that affects this.

That was the solution. My main Google calendar had the wrong GMT setting (GMT 00:00). Now I have set the correct GMT (+02:00) and it's correctly synchronized again.

Sometimes certain emails that I received are no longer there. I've searched all emails in Epim, but can't find this email anymore.
Are there any emails that "destruct" themselves? Or did I accidentally set up some sort of spam filter?

weiß jemand, wie ich die Textbeschreibung in den Kalendermodulen wieder anzeigen lassen kann (nach irgendeinem letzten Update, sind diese ja offenbar verschwunden und es werden nur noch Symbole/Icons angezeigt)?
