Re: IMAP: Problem deleting E-Mails

Hi 19leunam93, I had a similar problem. To make matters worse, the not-fully-deleted emails kept reappearing and eventually cloning in my Deleted Items folder. Eventually there were some 200,000 emails that it would try to re-synchronize after each time I deleted them, making EPIM essentially unusab...

Re: EPIM Review draft

One criticism I have found myself having of EPIM is the inconsistent & unreliable text editing interface. The formatting options available differ in each view (e.g. compare a task to a note to a new email message). Formatting does not always behave well, for example cutting and pasting bulleted ...

Invite attendees to appointment

The new integration of received iCalendar items as of v7.1 is fantastic, thank you!!! Now are you able to implement the other side of the same coin? That is, I would like the "New Appointment" window to include a field where I can input email addresses or select from my contacts, and then ...

Insufficient system storage

Hello, Email Send is failing due to "Insufficient system storage:" insufficient storage.jpg but the hard drive is only about 30% full, RAM is at 44%, and and all other software is running without trouble. I've tried three restarts but with no change. What should I do to diagnose & solv...

convert tasks to notes

When I imported my data from Outlook to EPIM, some of my old Outlook Tasks should really be Notes in EPIM. Is there a way I can convert EPIM Tasks to EPIM Notes? I bet exporting & then re-importing would work: if that is the answer then which export file format do you think will work best? Thank...

Thanks (en bedankt - ik was ook eens een nederlander) Peter, this sounds VERY promising, I am looking forward to trying it out!

Re: double click ics file to import/open

I have recently moved from Outlook to EPIM and am *so* happy to be experiencing the increased integration, control, and human-friendliness of EPIM. I'm not going back to Outlook, but the closest thing to a deal-killer for the transition has been this problem. I am an independent consultant in energy...

hotkey friendliness

I am a frequent user of hotkeys, and in particular use AutoHotKey to automate my work environment. It would be handy for those of us who work this way if EPIM could be modified slightly in the following ways: Complete the programming of Alt- menu shortcuts. In the New Mail window, the Format menu se...

Re: POLL: Version 6 versus version 7

I do most of my work at a desk, Windows 10 on a 4k monitor (3840x2160). Even though I have huge monitor real estate, I still wish the information density in v7 was higher. I have that huge monitor because I have a work style that benefits from having a lot of windows/information visible simultaneous...

Add EPIM to Wikipedia email clients list

You might want to add EPIM to Wkipedia's list of email clients: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Compariso ... il_clients,
just for the sake of giving the product more marketing exposure. ;-)

Re: Version 7.0

I too would like to see much higher information density a la versions 6.x. More in my field of view, less scrolling. Functionally EPIM remains wonderful, and releasing a "classic" theme or similar solution in version 7.1 would go a LONG way to making your customer base happy while still re...

Re: The great padding debate 7 v 6 a visual example.

A very minor note on the UI issues (as long as you're thinking about that). On my computer, the fonts chosen for the mail list are rendering such that the unread emails don't really "pop" visually: screenshot.jpg In the screenshot, the third and fifth emails are unread, but the boldface fo...

Re: Tags

I also think tags are potentially a fantastic piece of progress for EPIM. In my case, I assign a unique, short code to each of my business clients. I hope to tag all items relating to my work for each client with their code, so then I can use those codes just like DJ ATRAC suggests. To make this wor...
