Installed the latest version from the playstore 5.7.4 update from Jan 2021.
With the test database (just 2 notes) I sent, it syncs and then the android app just crashes every time I try to open it.

Re: GIF support
see https://www.codeproject.com/Articles/134358/TRichTextBox-A-universal-RichTextBox-which-can-dis for an example from 10 years ago RTF .net supports PitcureBox controls and PictureBox controls in .net support animated GIFs. Re: GIF support
Didn't realise I was asking for a feature.
I posted this in the support area because epim lists the GIF format when attaching an image to a note.
However, it only does this partially, ie. only the first frame of an animated GIF is displayed.

Re: Journal
Creating a folder called year, then a sub-folder with month and then a day entry as a note.. much the same as what you do with your 'Diary' is how I been doing it for years, but don't see why it should be done that way. There is already a mini calendar at the bottom of epim and tabs for creating you...

Re: Android Sync Issues :(
No log file is created. There is no error when it syncs. The content appears to be all there, but when I set the preview to 0 lines it show the red error message against that same note. So I'm not certain if the error is real or not. However, If i do a search for 'whois' for the note content, epim c...

Re: Android Sync Issues :(
The complete option is 'Do not create Tags on # (use double hash ## instead' As mentioned, in my previous post, this option is already checked however, my notes already contains double ##'s which are part of the note content. epim should not generate tags unless I explicitly create them. 'Victor' ha...

Re: Android Sync Issues :(

It would save a lot of time identifying notes with issues. The note had 6008 lines and when I deleted it and pasted it back I noticed that ta...
