Thanks for your quick response. My question is related to my account at a project organisation, and unfortunately I am not in the position to create (test)mail accounts, I'm just an end user there.

I have downloaded the RC2 Pro version to test the possibility to configure an Exchange account of my company without success.
After the installation is started the Synchronization Wizard where I have done these steps:
- I have selected the option "Office 263, Exchange"

Now everything works fine, after the moment I installed version 7.52 (and now also with 7.53). When I doubleclick on a mail-attachment "invite.ics", a new appointment is created in EPIM, exactly as it was meant to be. Thanks!

Some days ago I sent an email to errors@essetialpim.nl including the error log and information about which version I use (EssentialPIM Pro 7.51 5-6-2017). I hope this provides enough information. If not, please let me know.

I can confirm that my custom made date fields were transformed into text after syncing with my android phone. This keeps me from using EPIM in the way I really should like, that is as a big database for everything I want to remember.

I indeed used to save these .ics files and then imported them in EPIM. I now tried to doubleclick on an attachment in an email with an appointment, but I get the error message "Transaction is not active". What could go wrong here?
