I do not preview my emails. However, when I hover over an email, a box usually appears with about 10 lines of that email. This is fine. I started this thread. Just a note, Zero crashes since Feb 24. Either your updates, or stopping preview mode, or both have resolved the issue.

OK. Until I used the archive tool, I think 2022 emails inside the archive also showed no option to synchronize.

Currently, all my 2024 email messages are in the archive folder and either being or not being synchronized (probably). In time, I'll make a 2024 subfolder inside the Archive folder and ...

Some of my email folders have a synchronize folder with server option when I right-click. Some do not. Why?

Nearly all the emails I wished to remove were in a folder (2022). I created a new folder, outside of Archive called 2022b. Then cut and pasted all the emails from the old folder to the new one and deleted the old folder. Then the program locked up and I ended it. Then used the Archiver ...

I never would have guessed that. Thanks. I was assuming the clock meant it was still syncing, but it never seemed to get done.

I've made some subfolders under archive and have little clocks in the folder icon.
the 2022 folder does not allow me to not sync. No sync options exist for that or the main archive folder. The archive has my auto archive of 2024.

I'd like to be able to archive some folders more frequently than others. Some important emails go into a few folders, and might be checked for many years. 99% of my emails can be archived and removed from the main database after 2 years. I'd like some way to choose to or not to archive some folders ...

Just answering that question for myself, many emails are spam / bad and are just deleted without ever previewing or seeing them. Then, there is a tiny preview popup that appears. I double click and it opens in another Windows. And yes, frequent crashing stops.

This is very good. Glad to know that the full message is automatically preserved even if there was only a header downloaded.

You might be right that my moving stuff to Archive perhaps annually, could be a waste of time. I think I'm trying to emulate Thunderbird's local folders. I would move stuff ...
