Latest 1.x version is 1.95: http://www.essentialpim.com/download/essentialpimpro195.exe
But EPIM Synchronize will sync these database. Only 2.x. EPIM Synchronize was created specifically for 2.x

is this a link to the PORTIBLE version ?
And you say epim synchronize wil dync these databases wher ...

My EssentialPIM / EPIM Synchronizer / HotSync version:
My EssentialPIM edition: EssentialPIM Pro

I am looking for version 1 pim potible and version 1 of the synchronice tool.
Why ?
because version 2 op the pim dont except that the data base on a LAN drive is and here in house the data base is on ...

i did change it to RemoteFileOpenAbility = 1 and still it will not be opend on the nas.

Mayby i dont read it correct but
Stil i have to have the computer online where firebird is instal on.
With the old version i have the database on my nas and every computer can use that data base as long as the router and nas are online.

Thats a solution for my problem, not a perfect one but a possible solution.
I have the data base on a nas in the network where everyone in the network have acces too whit version 2 this is not possible anymore.

we, a famaly, use the calander on 4 pc`s in the network.
So every body can see who is away.
My wife and i use the portibal version in a usb stick at work.

In EPIm Pro 2.0 Network It is possible to create users who will not be able to see others' private date. 2.0 version is not released yet though. It is not possible in 1.95.

is 2.0 a beta ?
Is it possible to try ?

EssentialPim home network question

On the network everyone using the same data.
Is it possible if one of the users makes a note or appoitment that he not whant that the rest see a private appotment ?
Is it possinle to make a entery and keep only that entry password protectic ?
