Re: How to control displayed tasks in calendar & today views
When I select Epim Today, I would like the first list to be displayed but it always displays the third one. How is the default list determined so that I can set the one I prefer?
I didn't know there was a default list. Doesn't it just display whatever list you select from the bottom of the ...

Re: (SOLVED) Consolidated View or Search of All Task Tabs?
I was in the Tree or Plain mode so only saw the tabs. I saw the Consolidated option on the side bar --- did exactly what I needed.

Consolidated View or Search of All Task Tabs?
On the Windows and Android Task Modules, I can search for tasks by tags or other fields within each tabs. Is there a way to do one search to cover all tabs so I don't have to repeat the search for each tab?

Re: Returning to EPIM after 4 years, old .epim still ok?
I went on the forum to research use old vs start new database and LOL, i see my own post from almost 5 years ago. I moved over to paper planning for a while but need a more robust search capability so I am back with EPIM. Is the answer still the same --- that I can use the old .epim? I have a lot of ...

Re: Most efficient way to use EPIM
Why do both of you use only one-way synchronization? Have you had problems with data loss before? I find the 2-way (or more if I count desktop/portable, Android tablet and phone) sync to be critical in my workflow.

Returning to EPIM after 4 years, old .epim still ok?
For years, I was an EPIM Pro user with the portable version and my Palm Treo and Centro but had to abandon it when I switched from Palm Centro to the WebOS Pixi. Finally got a "current" Android phone and discovered EPIM Android app! Hoping to reinstall my Notes from the old database. Is it okay for ...

Alternative to Palm Memos to Sync with EPIM Notes
I had to give up my Palm Treo and Centro phones when we moved to the WebOS Pixi. I was able to get my 10+ years of Palm Memos exported to Resorph Notes and have them all on my Pixi Noted! I sync my notes from Pixi Noted! and Windows Resorph and SimpleNote.

Re: Assignee or Contacts History Log?
Thank you for the work-around.
Yes, it would be nice if EPIM have the log feature later. I came across it in another PIM and found it very useful but that did not have an email module so sticking with EPIM for now. Your workaround will help lots. Thanks again.

Assignee or Contacts History Log?
I see that we can assign (Assignee) one or more contacts to ToDo's. But when I go to that contact, I do not see a way to find out where that contact was assigned to --- i.e. a history log of sort. I still have 3.54 --- is that feature available in the newer version? I couldn't find that information ...

Re: Palm Sync Problems
"Then closed EPP."
I know this is almost a year later but in case someone else is having this problem, try NOT closing the .epim file just Exit EPIM (towards the bottom of the menu). If you close .epim, Palm hotsync won't be able to access the file, hence, "cannot find" it.

The global cross linking is awesome. I now can link To Do to Notes for project support information.
So far , no problems. Waiting for the U3 version but working with the portable one just fine.
Kudos.
