Inserting Pictures Into Appointments

I don't know if it has been brought up before, but it would be handy to be able to insert pictures into appointments (while also allowing text, like in the Notes module). Many calendar programs allow this. It really enhances the information content for the calendar event. "A picture is worth a ...

Re: Bug: 9.7.5 Notes

If you type a font name, you can't then immediately change the font size because the selected text will loss it's selection. [video attached In the video I try to change the font by typing the font name and then trying to change the size 3 times, at the end of the video I select the font with the d...

Re: Multiple Appointments opening for edit.

You can also mouse over an appointment in order for the tooltip to appear with some additional info. Might be easier and faster than to actually open an event. This is a great time saving feature that I use all the time, thank you for having it in EPIM. You might consider having an option to set th...

Re: Additional view mode for child notes

+1. Example: Let's say I have a parent note called "Hiking Locations", with child notes "Central Park", "Creedmore Trail" and "Buck Greenway". I would like to select a hiking location by its location information found in the child notes. Normally, I would have...

Re: Multiple Appointments opening for edit.

v9.6.1 - I can confirm this odd calendar behavior as well described by dream_weaver. Further, if I close EPIM and re-open it, the behavior is still there. I never noticed it before simply because I had yet to open for edit and immediately close an appointment.

Your correct, I checked with a very busy week view and it does help viewing the appointments.

Re: Blank spaces between slots in Calendar

In v9.6.1, I noticed the same thing, though not a real issue for me - was this by design?

Re: Request: Note Module Layout

+1. No, +++1. My notes trees get very long, with many subtrees expanded, and they at many levels sometimes. So, to visually review all the top tree levels, I have to frequently collapse many subtree levels, only later to re-open them. This proposed note module layout solves this problem PERFECTLY! K...

Re: Thank you for the update!

+1 Thanks for all the recent updates, AstonSoft Ltd.! Worldwide, we can all agree that 2020 has been a very rough year, depressing at times. However, throughout the year, there are events that brighten things, and getting EPIM updates is certainly one of them. Strong work, AstonSoft, strong work. Ea...

Re: Journal

The biggest one of theses I'd like to see is: "#1 An option to add an event to the calendar when a note is created. [with the note name] (I'd also like an option to add a calendar event when a note is modified too)" As a writer this would save me a lot of time having to keep track of the ...

I suggest that a very basic spreadsheet module be written. From there, user suggestions could help improve its functionality in the future.

Re: Notes module: shallow sorting the notes tree

Currently the sorting in the notes affects the whole tree. And it's marked as "not a bug, won't fix". A brief description of the suggestion: Shallow sort allows sorting one level deep. Thus, if you 'shallow sort' the whole list, you'll sort only the top-level list items. If you 'shallow s...

Re: New modules

+1 from me as well. Simple math and export at least, but more advanced functions as EPIM's development language (Delphi ?) has built in.
