Re: Key Items for Month Appointments

EPIM has had this feature...forever. It's called "Priority", and can be filtered. In fact, there are several levels of priority one can filter on.

Suppression the "List of Origin" Column in Tasks Printouts

I understand the purpose of the "List of Origin" column in tasks printouts. It's just that the column is distracting in my printouts - I just don't need to see it. Is there some way to suppress seeing it printed? If not, could there be an option not to print it? Thanks in advance.

Re: Sticky note off screen

Though I not have had this problem with EPIM's sticky notes (love them!), but with my four monitor system, with one monitor of different resolution, I have had issue with off screen windows for a small amount of desktop software as well, more so with Windows 10 than earlier versions. For whatever re...

Re: Suggestion - edit locations

[...]would it be OK to merge and use a single editable list for both Calendar and Task modules?[...] Yes, IMO there's no reason to use two separate location lists -- M. I agree! Also, it would be nice for a simple interface in EPIM to execute SQL commands. Yes, I am lazy and also I am time constrai...

Re: You're famous (off-topic)!

I have always thought that EPIM was "out of this world" among PIMs - this just proves it!

Re: Show the Create or Modified Date/time on each Notes entry

Hi Escaltz, there is a short cut key for bring up the date dialogue so you do not have to do a manual edit. However it would be nicer if the men remained visible. Cheers Thanks, I have been using the Ctrl-Space short cut key for some time, it is helpful, but something automatic would be even more h...

Re: Show the Create or Modified Date/time on each Notes entry

+1 for this suggestion. I would like to be able to see the created and last modified dates on all the individual notes. Not permanently, but as a note 'properties' , as I have written information into the notes, but then it would be good to see when that info was written. Thanks, Shaun +1 for this ...

Re: Modify Note Icon - Icon Choices Invisible

Hello, please try on a new database. If there will be no icons- that's a bug. If the icons are there- I think you somehow deleted them. Created a new database - same problem of icons not visible. They ARE there - I can get different icons from the window - it's just that they are not visible. There...

Re: POLL: Version 6 versus version 7

Mighty happy with v7.2, despite a minor issue here or there. The short evolution of the first release of 7.x to where it is now is quite a success story of how software developers listened and worked with end-users to resolve out issues.

Re: Interbase Installation Error

I just downloaded the trial version to try before I buy for me and, potentially, my company... and right out of the box I get an error when I try to launch the program... doesn't inspire much confidence... "Interbase library gds32.dll not found in the path. Please install interbase to use this func...

EPIM Celebrated Its Own Birthday!

Happy (belated) Birthday to EssentialPIM! It's now 12 years old. According to the website change log, EPIM was first released on 7 December 2004. I started using it in 2008. Since that time, I have witnessed it evolve and become "essential" in my daily life. Here's to seeing the evolution of EPIM fo...
