Hello,

I was not able to reproduce the issue, sorting works on my 9.2 Pro version.
Can you make 2 screenshots- one with sorting Ascending and another sorting Descending on "Notes" field (all other things unchanged)?

does the error appear immediately when you try to start EPIM? I can not reproduce the problem, trying with path C:\Users\Maksim\Desktop\## DATA ##\emails.epim

Hello,

please go to File-> Database Management-> IMAP- Clear synchornization data
Restart EPIM. That might help.
If that does not help, please post a few bigger screenshots, demonstrating the problem.

Hello, please go to Tools-> Options-> Security- there you can Exclude private items from synchronization. You can right-click on a Contact or Note and select Status-> Public/Private. Now I had a closer look at my emails, and I compared them to the same emails in Thunderbird and I found out: EPIM 9.1 pro portable is NOT BLOCKING EXTERNAL IMAGES AT ALL!!! If you have firewall installed (or using Windows one or have it turned on in WiFi router), try disabling it for a test and running the sync.
