Apparently, the only way to import a thunderbird address book in Epim is first to export the initial address book in .CSV format and import this file in epim after.

Yes, you will need to buy more licenses to allow more users to connect to database.
And yes, all your Add-ons will continue working.
It all requires a bit of manual work from the team, but all your licenses will be preserver of course.
