Please try reinstalling EssentialPIM 12.1.4 as a portable version in a completely new folder to see if that resolves the issue. Let us know the outcome. Thanks!

I also tried installing in sandbox, no help.

v12.1.4 can’t start up.
After double clicking, nothing shows up.No epim, no warnings, even if I delete some DLLs.

EPIM 11.2 final:text absence when deleting list
As boxed two, text absence in the popped up window when delete a list. May be it’s a bug.
Update
There are more text absence issues in option dialog.As attached.
