Well, is there a new free distribution coming someday?

Otherwise, unless someone has mercy on me, I'll have to buy one.

I've been out of the thing for ages now. My stupid damn HP PC, who finally died last June 2 (I'm at last working on a real good machine) suddenly developed an allergy to EPIM and refused to work. Then it presented me with BSOD and blew up the license, everything.

That is weird... Same version I'm using. Perhaps I'm just not doing it correctly? The help file is scanty... How do you do it? Select a note from the tree and "print" from the file menu or ctrl P?

It already happened to me, several times, with other offers. I just go by, aware that I just got nothing for free. No reason to ...

Since I am the only user, multi-user mode IS disabled. My request is more like: "If it's not too much trouble, otherwise I'll just learn to be less of a dummy, could EPIM check if it's already open when I ask for a second copy and multi-user is disabled?"

Of course there's an easy answer to my problem. Just don't do it.

But I have EPIM constantly on, and minimized in the System Tray and on Close. Sometimes I minimize and sometimes I close. Sometimes I forget that it's on, turn a second copy on, and get the dreaded message, that it can't open my file ...

Strange. On EPIM 1.6 (PRO version), it prints beautifully, and I have (although refuse to use) IE 6.0

Why don't you ask for a refund?

You didn't get a freebie. So what? Those people (and I'm NOT one of them) decided to give FREE licenses, for which they normally are paid 30 or 40 bucks, because they're justifiably proud of their product.

Problem description:

File Print..., File Print Preview, and Ctrl-P,
each reports 'Unspecified error.' when selected.

I tried a fresh copy of the program (essentialpimproport1.zip) with same result.

As a workaround to make a copy of monthly calendar, I export an html copy and print that, but I ...
