Synchronisation with the Android app stops with the calendar sync. Errors:

Hast recht, funktioniert jetzt tatsächlich.

Setzt leider immer noch einen Link mit absolutem Pfad zur Datendatei statt nur intern zu verlinken. Wenn man die Datei mal verschiebt, ist der Link kaputt. Was die Programmierer da reitet, weiß ich auch nicht. Das Problem ist denen auch nicht plausibel zu machen.

And make the feature portable. Linking with an absolute path inside the same database is not very helpfull.

Problem solved. Copied all files from the new fresh USB-Stick (where it worked) over the files at the old Stick and it works now. Don't know why, because the files should all be indentical.

Yes, content of EssentialPIM.ini is ok. If there is no EssentialPIM.ini, the program can write it without problems. If there is an existing EssentialPIM.ini with license information, the registration screen pops up ("you are using Epim longer than 1 year" etc.) and after that it could not write the ...

The registration information is almost there in the EssentialPIM.ini on the USB stick, but Epim doesn't take any notice of it. Happens on several Win7 and XP machines every time I start the program.

Will the registration issue with the EssentialPIM.ini be fixed in the near future? Every time I start Epim Pro Portable from a USB stick the licensing screen pops up and after entering the key it cannot write the registration information. Agree. At the moment linking a calendar entry to a contact works like linking to a file or another database etc. with full path. So connecting a calendar item to a contact would be a different mechanism - no link but a relationship.
