I would agree that the development has surely been positive. Sure there are frustrations as with any software but the team communicates and are always working to improve. Thank you!

Hello
I am doing a 1 way sync from PC to Android app. Using all current releases of both softwares. My phone app now has duplicates of all appointments and tasks. I do not have these same dupes on my PC.
What can I do to resolve this issue?

Sorry. Yes it is 9.6.6. I have had this issue since 9.5 and have been sending to support all along. No I do not get the issue with no database. Please know that I am working in a database that I just created.

I sync with my desktop and surface using EPIM cloud. I sync from my desktop to my Android using desktop sync. So far this system is working great.

2 email accounts. There is alof of emails 115,000 of the 2 accounts. However, none are full messages. Just headers.

Less than 20. I keep my inbox very clean. Also if I am using all inboxes and move to tasks, contacts or calendars and go back to email the software looses focus. and goes to a folder that I never use. As a suggestion would be to go back to the previously used inbox or even to the default inbox. Agai...

I think I may have resolved this. I went removed the tags from the contacts and then deleted the tags and this appears to have worked.
