Re: Add yes/no field

I cannot duplicate this. Do you by chance have read only selected on that contact?

Re: Weak rule set

You can right click on an email message and choose the "Convert to" option. Seems that's what you're looking for. No. I used convert to all the time. If you have a copy of Outlook, you will see in the top ribbon there is an option to create "Quick Steps". There you can create co...

Responsive Sizing

I must say that I am really impressed with this software and the features available. Most of all, I think the support is fantastic. Thank you... For me there is one main opportunity for improvement. I work part of my day in desktop mode and the other part on the road. I use a laptop and dock to moni...

Re: Weak rule set

I am not sure if this comment/suggestion is appropriate for this thread or if I should start another. Within Outlook there is a feature where you can set quick commands that allow you to for example, create a task, file an email, create an appointment, etc from a specific email. This feature is very...

Re: Read only items

I have Google sync setup for my calendars. As an example, I have the weather forecast feed for my area to that calendar. I cannot edit that or change the read only status on that feed from within EPIM. It has to be done on the actual Google calendar. I would check subscriptions and syncronizations j...

I experienced this before. Try dragging that window and enlarging it slightly. Fixed the problem for me.

Re: Read only items

I believe he is saying that the calendar item you are seeing is coming from a calendar feed somewhere and you need to edit that calendar from that feed.

Re: Time-tracking

I cannot provide any real help. However, I do like the idea of a basic timer. The complexity that you outline aside from the timer just does not fit my needs, but a timer to track tasks would be helpful.

Someone else will have to help in regard to the structure.

Re: Cloud version

EPIM Cloud is not intended to sync data from the desktop to other devices is that correct? I use Google for this and it is working quite well. However, I also have a subscription to the cloud service but it is used more for backup's. Is this correct?

Saving Existing Newsletter

Hello, When I save a variable field on a newsletter that instance is no saved for the next use. For example in a weekly email the salutation is Hi <First Name> and when I preview the message it works great. However, if I save that newsletter and reopen the preview does not show the persons first nam...

End of Recurring Task Notification

I have a suggestion that would hopefully help other users. When a recurring task ends it would be helpful to have some sort of flag or notification indicating this is the last task. Lets say you have a task to create a report every Tuesday in 2020. The last Tuesday in 2020 that recurring task ends m...

Re: In need of help creating tasks

I would call this an activity series and in my opinion is a very useful tool especially if you are in sales and wanting to use EPIM as a sales tool. This is where a user can create a series of tasks. Day 1 Task - Connect on linkedin Day 5 Task - Send Letter Day 7 - Email sent (this would give the ab...

Advanced Search - Create "Lookup"

I think the Advanced Search Tool is well done and very functional. It would be great to be able to create a look up of contacts from a search. For example, if you create a query of tags under the contact module it currently generates a list of contacts which is great. However, it would be helpful to...
