I have a folder named Archive 2022. Sometimes I drag them to that folder and sometimes I right click and save to the folder.

Emails Saved to Draft

Very weird occurance. Running EPIM 11.0.4. I have 2 email accounts. One outlook and the other is an office 365 account. When I receive emails in EPIM and save that email to an archive folder in Exchange within EPIM and then open Outlook that same message is saved as a draft in outlook.

Thank you. I am still receiving the error.

I also updated to 11.0.4 this morning. Please know that it does appear to be progressing more before getting the error. However, I am still getting the error consistently.

Please advise.

I also want to add that I have turned off any firewalls and gone into database management and cleared any synchronization data. Probably should also point out that this is a new database.

EPIM Cloud - Socket Error #10060 Connection Timed Out

Hello I am receiving a Socket Error #10060 Connection Timed Out error when trying to sync with EPIM Cloud. I am seeing the progress bar move and then I receive this error. I have tried to just sync contacts and then just tried to sunc calendar only and still see the same error. I have also logged in...

I saw where one of the features is a custom shortcut using F1? I cannot find the features for that setting anywhere under options. Can you direct me where to find this?
