Re: EssentialPIM Free and Pro 8.0 Release Candidate is here!
I use EPIM Pro 8.01 on Windows 10 Pro 64 BIT. My monitor is a BenQ SW2700 with a resolution of 2560x1440 over the Display Port.
I had no problems with EPIM Pro 8.0.
With the link you provided I can only download EPIM Pro 7.66 with which I cannot open the data file of EPIM 8.x. Is there a link to 8.0 available or could you mail it to me?

Re: EssentialPIM Free and Pro 8.0 Release Candidate is here!
The problem I was having with endless e-mail downloads disappeared when I updated to 8.01 - thanks!
All I need now is to be able to assign custom alert sounds to folders and I'm ready to stop using Thunderbird.
I have a suggestion about message rules that I think would be particularly helpful to new users: After creating a new message rule, there is a very useful "Run now" option which defaults to the Inbox, which makes great sense. However, if you have more than one e-mail account, the default is always the Inbox of the first account, which was a bit confusing at first, and is a hassle to change every time when setting up all the rules at the beginning. Defaulting to the e-mail account from which the message came would make more sense to me.

What's your scaling settings in Windows?I use EPIM Pro 8.01 on Windows 10 Pro 64 BIT. My monitor is a BenQ SW2700 with a resolution of 2560x1440 over the Display Port.
I had no problems with EPIM Pro 8.0.
There were couple of serious problems with the 8.0 version release, therefore we do not recommend using it.With the link you provided I can only download EPIM Pro 7.66 with which I cannot open the data file of EPIM 8.x. Is there a link to 8.0 available or could you mail it to me?

Re: EssentialPIM Free and Pro 8.0 Release Candidate is here!
The problem appears with a scaling of 125% and 150%. 100% is ok but then everything else is too small at this resolution.

My only guess is that you didn't actually download the latest file but got it from your browser's cache. As the problem is fixed for everyone else. Please use another browser to redownload the 8.01 version. Thanks! The problem appears with a scaling of 125% and 150%. 100% is ok but then everything else is too small at this resolution.

Indeed, downloading with a different browser solved this issue. Thank you very much for your patience and help!
