Excited to see what this version will unveil. Surely a milestone for the software.

There is always a wish list for features, but, my wish for the ongoing releases; Thorough Testing - and Stability, Stability, Stability, for the database re: contacts / fields / groups, truly dependable without crashes.

That is the foundation the house is built on, no matter what features are asked for, or embarked upon.

Personally my top hopes are:

#1 Revision history
#2 Option to view and edit 2 (or more?) leafs at the same time (EPIM-2739)
#3 Bulk Icon change

+1 That's my top wish list too.

Only thing I'd swap out to make it a dream list would be #3 for Spreadsheets, but that's probably far too ambitious for a single major release.

I'd swap #1 and #2 and then it becomes my biggest hopes for the next major version.

I wouldn't be disappointed in either bulk note icon changes or spreadsheets but, editing two leafs at once and once and having revision history would be an epic win for my use cases of EPIM.

I don´t think, we can wish something at this point of development, short before a release.
But just to see, how diverse wishes are, my most important wishes would be:
#1 Emoticons in emails
#2 Zoom in notes
#3 an improved database management, where the optimization does the job of synchronizing to a new database, if necessary
#4 spreadsheets

There's lots of stuff on the road-map for "upcoming versions" which seems to be all the stuff on the other peoples wish lists.

Mine top hopes for the roadmap items to be up next are 2 leaf editing and spreadsheets. I've never used anything with "reversion history" before outside of wikipedia, but I'm sure I'd get some good use or at least some good entertainment out of being able to look back at my notes and see how they changed.

Note Zoom would be nice, I'd finally be able to set my notes to a reasonable native font rather than having to scale it up/down to view on screen vs print on paper.

Don't understand your #1 though you can already use Emoticons in email.

attached is an email I just sent myself using EPIM email [I use plain text emails, they would be in color if I swapped to rich text emails] and the built in windows Emoticons keyboard [Win+;] 🎈

How....????
I can´t. I think this has someone to do with Windows version, or some Windows function. Or you have to change the font.
I mean the type of emoticons you can use in Thunderbird- independent of font or some Windows function.

I'm getting all fidgety like a kid on the night before Christmas, and constantly clicking on the 'Check for Updates'. It's been over 3 weeks since your reply, so can you maybe give us an update on the EPIM 10 timeline? Thanks :D
