Berichtregels

Post by kIK40 »

Dag,

Zie nu, tot mijn stomme verbazing, dat er twee formulieren gebruikt worden. Eén gebruikt onder Extra >berichtregels;

Hoop dat e.e.a. duidelijk is.

Regards,

Hello,

so far the suggestion is not totally clear. A few screenshot with comments would help us understand it.

Hello Max,

No print-screens but I hope an English explanation helps.

Kik40 makes a suggestion to move the option with [run rules now on] to the top of the form. Now this option is found at the bottom of the (create) [mail rule] window. Than you would have [rule name] and [apply on] as first lines in the mail rule form and secondly the [run rules now on]. The continuing with the select options.

This makes sense, but personally I do not mind that this at the bottom of the mail rule window. This because the option is standard not active and then applies to all accounts and received messages.

His second suggestion is one I can agree on. I also have multiple accounts and now if you select a folder in one account, you do not see to what account this rule applies. For instance if I select <inbox> on <account 2> it only shows <inbox> not knowing if it is all inboxes or as selected only on inbox from account 2. It would be nice if the account name could be shown with the selected mail folder. As suggested by Kik40, for instance <Inbox - account 4>.

Kik40 mentions something about two mail rule windows, but the first one [Tools - Message rules...] is for managing mail roles and the second one is [Create rule from message]. I can not find 2 mail rule windows with the same purposes. Managing mail rules or creation of mail rules are there for different purposes, so no problem with that.

We hope that the suggestion to add display of the used account can be implemented so that it does not only show the mail folder, but also the accountname.
