To do Separated by Day of the Week in EPIM Today View

Post by OBBOB »

In the EPIM Today view, I like to have my to-dos separated by day. To accomplish this I made up a todo for each day of the week (i.e. ------Monday-----) and made the start and due date time = to 12:01 am so that it would be the first to-do for the day.

At the end of the day, I change the start/due dates to the the next week.

This makes for a very neat look.
I
t should be added as an optional "view". That way it would be automatic with out editting ToDo Items.

If you don't find it useful you would have the option of not enabling it.

Yes, but that only works if the ToDo item is set to display on calendar (and thus displays in Calendar portion of EPIM Today) whereas obbob is having the day-of-week display in the ToDo portion of EPIM Today.

I was referring to the "By Due Date" sorting option for To Dos. If due dates are set correctly, you will be able to get exactly the same view as obbob suggested (no need to display to dos in calendar then).

On my PC, not exactly...
I get "Tomorrow" and "This Week" not Thursday, Friday, Saturday, which IMO is more useful...

besides, it would be nice to have something similar for Start Date.
