I have a shortcut key for Read-Only
When I use the shortcut to turn on read-only and quickly turn read-only back off, it locks read-only ON.
It stays locked on for about five minutes, and then read-only turns off.
After turning read-only on and wait a couple of seconds before turning read-only back off it works OK.
I can exit Epim and restart Epim and it unchecks Read-Only.
Read-Only locks on for about 5 minutes.

Reproduced this one, thanks. Will attempt to fix in the next release.

What's your use case scenario? In other words, why do you need to do so rapid changes to the statuses of the items?

No use case , just seems not normal for it to do that.
It's very easy to accidentally double click when using a shortcut Key.
