Gateway error with EPIM cloud sync
Anyone has this?
During last couple of days I somethimes get error, to be seen in screenshot. Why?
Never had before.

That's what I thought.
But do get it from time to time for last week or so and never had it in past.
Moreover it seems to need some time before sync really starts. Also nothing I experienced in past.
Maybe cloud server is slow/has problems?
Will report should it get worse!

So problems keep going.
This time I got "bad gateway"
Login to cloud via browser works, but every action there takes its time (i.e. change directory, logout etc).
Sync to cloud hardly ever works at present.
Should I report this somewhere else or do you want to pass this on?

today timeout-problem and bad-gateway-problem and also timing problems via browser, are not there anymore.
Will report, if such will appear again.

I think it's time to find a better and more powerful hosting solution for the cloud service as it seems we're hitting max capacity with the current one.. Working on it.

That's good, because today it makes problems again. So seems to be something in general. And as aepim gets connected as well, capacity is vital.

Confirming that I have been getting this error for about the past week, too.
I click "Stop All" with no apparent problems. When I exit EPIM at the end of the day, it syncs with EPIM cloud with no issues.
This error occurs once a day and about the same time. Apart from this, I cannot detect any patterns.

DG, this seems like a separate issue related to your local EPIM database file. Will check what could be causing it.

Is there any idea, how long this will take? If it will take longer, it seems to be a good idea, to switch sync off, beause at present it (most times) doesn't work at all. This very often leads to the situation, I have to kill WinEPIM via windows task manager.

An idea for the amelioration?
Difficult to use EPIM with 2 computers, without sync ... or can you give us another idea than your cloud system, to be able to work with 2 computers, with a sync file between both?

If all goes according to the plan we should be able to move EPM Cloud onto the new more powerful infrastructure within this week. I'll update this topic when it happens.
