Comodo Firewall Issue

Post by PascalW »

Hey,

I have problems about sync EPIM with Android due Comodo Internet Security but the Problem is, that Comodo didn't block anything. I can receive eMails, I gave EPIM green light for in- and outgoing transfer but something still wrong with it since if I deactivate the firewall complettely, then I can sync without any problems!

I use EPIM Pro Portable 7.6 with Windows 7 64bit, on Android it's the latest EPIM App (dunno Version due Google Auto-Update) with Lollipop 5.1.1
Synchronization-Mode is 2Way (of course) and that's it...

I paste Screenshot from Comodo so you can see, that EPIM is allowed to connect but still doesn't work with Android EPIM.

Hope I am not alone with this Firewall Issue...

Best Regards
Pascal

Could you please check if Comodo allows not only outgoing but incoming connections to EssentialPIM, as well?

Unfortunately almost impossible to understand as we do not have Comodo installed and your screenshots are in German. But in general firewall rule should allow as incoming as outgoing connections for EssentialPIM.exe within the local network (if you do not plan to sync over LTE).
