Update: Fixed, solution below.

My sent emails are not being copied to my "Sent Items" folder for my Outlook 365 account. After I send an email, I cannot find a copy of the email anywhere.

EPIM Version Pro 7.54
Windows 10 Education 64 Bit
Outlook 365 account
My IMAP and SMTP settings.
SMTP Settings.png
I tried deleting and recreating the Outlook account, which did not change anything. My Gmail account properly places sent items in the Sent Items folder, just not my Outlook account.

Update:
Settings for Outlook 365 are NOT the same as for Outlook. The settings for the 365 version can be found at https://outlook.office.com/ - Settings -> Mail (Under "Your App Settings") -> Accounts -> POP and IMAP. Although the emails were being properly sent under the incorrect settings, correcting the settings fixed the sent email saving issue.

IMAP
Server name: outlook.office365.com
Port: 993
Encryption method: TLS

SMPT
Server name: smtp.office365.com
Port: 587
Encryption method: STARTTLS

I can't sync through wifi, usb, or portable wifi. I uninstalled and reinstalled on phone and PC but no luck. Since I reinstalled, I don't have ANY of my epim data on my phone anymore because I didn't have any backup on my phone.

The error I get when trying to sync is
"Connection Error
Unable to connect. Check firewall settings on your computer."

Did you try to disable your firewall for testing purposes?

Yes, I did that too. I think it started happening when I switched internet providers, but the weird thing is I get the error when using USB or portable wifi (tethered from the phone).

Hi, I had what started out as a Socket 10054 error. After trying all solutions in this forum, and not achieving success, I deleted all my email accounts and started by just entering them 1 at a time. I now get a new error as shown below.

I think that relates to your incoming mail settings. Please double check that your mail account is set up as per instructions from mail vendor.
If still does not work, please make screenshot of your settings and tell which mail provider you are using.

Windows 10 Pro 64-bit
EPIM Pro 8.05
Outlook 2016
Cannot establish synchronization for Outlook (or anything else). When File > Synchronization > Add Synchronization > Outlook (or anything else, including Wizard) is selected, after a few seconds, EPIM just closes itself with no error.

Please re-download from https://www.essentialpim.com/get-epim and re-install. If that does not help, please create a separate topic with some screenshots

Hi!

New install of E Pro 5.5.2 on Android, 8.05 on Win 10 Pro Laptop

New phone - Pixel 2 - is recognized by PC
Deleted old Sync Settings
Going thru new device settings to the "Pairing Devices" page
PC Name and IP/Port are showing and are the same.
But the "next>" button is dim; unable to proceed.

Using Epim for more than a year & no problemo.
Lifetime membership.
Win 10 Pro Laptop is running Epim V8.05 Pro.
New Pixel 2 is running fresh install of Epim V5.5.2
Trying to setup a new sync.
Still getting the disable "Next->" button in the Pairing Devices page.
Now I'm getting "Connection Error" "Unable to Connect"
Turned the Pixel Epim PC Sync LOG to ON to share...

I must say I haven't seen a board like this since the days that .com domains were illegal.
And I suppose that if I used EPim to the hilt like most do I'd be very familiar with this board.
