Problem syncing EPIM Pro with Ipad mini4

[ALM]

I am not able to sync my EPIM Pro on my laptop with ipad mini 4. I have tried the troubleshooting suggestions & links to no avail.
I have tried changing the port, both my laptop & teh ipad are on the same wifi.

I have attached screen grabs of where I end up on each device

EPIM Pro 7.23
Windows 10.0.14393 x 64bit
Itunes 12.5.5.5


EssentialPIM for iOS v 2.7.12
Ipad Mini 4 with wifi
Model A1538
Version 10.2.1
