EPIM Note appearing as email, every minute in inbox

EPIM 7.53 Free version, WIN 10 Home, vs 1703, 64 bit, HP Pavilion Power, laptop, i7
Synch email to Gmail, George Cofran
No other software involved that I know of. Outlook on system but closed.

One of my Note documents is being sent to my EPIM Inbox (and via synch to Gmail, or vice versa?), every minute. I have deleted the note and emptied the Trash folder, multiple times, but the Note still shows again up every minute in my Inboxes. I did not create such an email, but this Note acts like an email and keeps reappearing. I deleted all vestiges I could find, both on my laptop as well as in Gmail. But it keeps coming every minute. Started out of the blue, today. Can't chase it fast enough! Please help!

Inside one of the Note-based emails (they are all the same, except date stamp):
Subject: TO DO
Message-Id: <e74d01d323dc$8f381170$ada83450$@Domain>
MIME-Version: 1.0
Content-Type: multipart/alternative; charset=utf-8; boundary="AMW=_oiCss93f2Js4un71cDDTHpVvGrm1M"
X-Mailer: Microsoft Office Outlook 12.0
Content-Language: en-us
Date: Sat, 2 Sep 2017 11:08:28 -0500

This is a multi-part message in MIME format.

--AMW=_oiCss93f2Js4un71cDDTHpVvGrm1M
Content-Type: text/plain; charset="utf-8"
Content-Transfer-Encoding: 8bit
Content-Disposition: inline
==

I see the reference above to Outlook 12, which I don't have on my computer to my knowledge.
In the email header, the From field is blank.
I have other Note docs, but none are self-propagating like this doc.
Hate the thought of going back to Outlook!
Thanks so much.

Hello,

it is a mysterious case. I tend to think something sends you real emails with this. You can check it by exiting EPIM and logging via web into Gmail and see if emails keep coming. If yes- that's something different from EPIM.
