IMAP Error: violation of PRIMARY or UNIQUE KEY constraint

With my imap account I get always an error by sending or receiving email

"violation of PRIMARY or UNIQUE KEY constraint "PK_SYNCINFO" on table "SYNCINFO. Problematik key value is ("IDUSER" = 1, "SYNCTYPE" = 7, "IDDEVICE" =n-1800044817, "IDDATABASE"=0, "IDLOCALRECORD" = 1082960348

My server has only SSL. I have tested it with different account, new Installation of epim, new database - always the same.
I cannot use epim with IMAP - Accounts. Pop is working correct.

Has someone an idea.

we have the same problems since version 7.62 IMAP is no longer working properly.

Hi,

in 7.63 also gmail works. However, all mail addresses at 1und1 and other providers do not work. Before version 7.60 everything went fine. We think that something has been changed at imap that now leads to errors.

According to Changelog, something has been fixed on IMAP, which leads us to errors.

We can no longer use the mail in EPIM as a company.

Since all companies are mail addresses at 1und1.

We have EPIM Pro / Network 3x and 2x Portable. We hope for a short-term fix in the matter, so that Outlook can leave again.

On GMail the folder Inbox remains empty, but in the folder All messages arrive at mails.

That was not so before.

An update: for those, who have issues with receiving/sending/errors on IMAP accounts in 7.63 Pro version, please:
- download and unzip following file: https://www.essentialpim.com/builds/Ess ... roPort.zip
- close EPIM
- replace with this file EssentialPIM.exe in your EPIM installation directory
- start EPIM
This is a silent update that should fix all IMAP issues. We would appreciate confirmation the problems are resolved once you try it.

thank you very much! Can you send us a log?

To get the logs: enable extended logging in Tools-> Options-> Synchronization, perform the mail synchronization (make sure error re-appears) and then get log for faulty synchronization using Tools-> Options-> Synchronization-> Browse and send it personally to me at ma@essentialpim.... Please refer to this topic for better context.

I Had the same problem and applied the fix both to a portable version and an installed version of Essential PIM.
(both release 7.63 of course).

Fix applied to the portable version of Essential PIM: The fix resolved the problem, no side effects, everything works as expected.

Fix applied to the installed version of Essential PIM: The fix resolved the problem allright, but it also destroyed my custom settings and license in the process.Is it because the .exe file is in fact a portable version, loking for the .ini files on a different location? Copying the necessary .ini files to the install directory did not resolve the broken custom settings nor the license though.....

I temporarily switched to the portable version, awaiting the next release of the installed version
