EPIM no longer syncs with Android app

EPIM will no longer sync between the desktop and the Android app. It was working fine until the most recent Windows 10 update. My phone is on my home wireless network, but EPIM Android no longer finds my computer.

- I've checked the firewall settings on my computer, since I sometimes get that message on the Android app.
- I have gone carefully through your troubleshooting points and the knowledge base on your support site.

EPIM Pro 9.1.1
Windows 10 Home, Version 1909
64-bit operating system
Android 7.1.2

If you try to use the Manual Sync option, will it work?
Android version of EssentialPIM. Keep all your data in sync!

The sync no longer works when I launch it from the app including from the "connect manually" command. Nothing.

Is there any error message when you try to sync manually?
Android version of EssentialPIM. Keep all your data in sync!
